Job description

Supervision of the finalization of the detailed design related to all Instrumentation and control issues, mainly for qualified components and systems. Within this framework, the specialist will be requested to:

prepare and discuss with the Project Team and the Head of Department the execution strategy of the specific I&C task and assure its application in DD;

to coordinate and check the right application of project standards requirements in instruments selections for Nuclear Environments requirements;

to interact with detailed engineering contractors managing all technical topics impacting on the I&C project schedule for instruments definition and procurement;

to guarantee application of standard methods within detailed I&C engineering contractor solutions;

to assist and speed up activities in the definition of “Special & qualified” Instrument with relevant data sheets definition for procurement purposes.

Requirements:

At least 10 years relevant experience in Instrumentation and Control design;

Past experiences in “Nuclear Plant Design”; VVER plant design knowledge will be preferred;

Good knowledge of English language;

Good communication skills;

Problem solving attitude;

Independence with team work capabilities;

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
