Project Manager

Aim of the position:
Contract management of Contractors regarding the finalization of the construction of MO34, ensuring the concordance with the scope of the Contract with Contractors, time table, costs and quality within the authority assigned.
TASKS:

• Manages the preparation of all technical documentation required for the contractual process of the procurement of the Nuclear Part-Construction Part;
• Co-operates with the SE, a.s. Procurement Department during the process of the selection of Contractual Contractor, accepts responsibility for the final Contract and for the Commercial Code in collaboration and accordance with PM of Nuclear Island;
• Manages the activity of the Contractors so that they are in accordance with the established rules of the MO34 Construction , with the established Contract, technical documentation and so that they are in accordance with the instructions of PM of Nuclear Island;
• Controls the process of project data exchanging, which is required for the preparation and realization of Nuclear Island;
• Evaluates the proposals for project changes so that the main construction milestones will be observed;
• Verifies completion of milestones by the Contractors and approves payments;
• Evaluates the contractual change requests of the Contractor during the contract settlement.
