MDM Administrator

SLSP, a.s. is the largest commercial bank in Slovakia, offering a wide range of banking and financial services to individuals and corporate clients. We are looking for an experienced and skilled MDM administrator to join our IT team and manage our mobile device management (MDM) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain MDM tools, such as Intune, JAMF and SCCM, to ensure the security and compliance of mobile devices, tablets, media players and kiosks.
• Manage the deployment, configuration and update of applications, policies and profiles for different device types and user groups.
• Monitor and troubleshoot MDM issues and incidents, and provide technical support to end users and stakeholders.
• Perform JAMF activities, such as enrolling, managing and securing MacOS devices, creating and deploying configuration profiles and policies, managing software updates and patches, and enforcing compliance rules and actions.
• Perform SCCM activities, such as remote OS deployment, remote applications deployment, driver and BIOS updates, and device inventory and reporting.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to ensure the integration and compatibility of MDM solutions with other systems and platforms.
• Document and report on MDM activities, performance and best practices.
• Track and report on the effort and progress of MDM tasks using Jira and other tools.
• Communicate with project managers and solution architects to understand the business needs and technical specifications of MDM solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in MDM administration, preferably in a banking or financial environment.
• Proficient in MDM tools, such as Intune, JAMF and SCCM, and familiar with various mobile operating systems, such as MacOS, Windows, Android and iOS.
• Experience in scripting with PowerShell and other automation tools.
• Experience in Microsoft Autopilot is a benefit.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Slovak, both written and spoken.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills, and ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Flexible, adaptable and proactive, and willing to learn new technologies and skills.
• Customer-oriented and quality-focused, and able to deliver MDM solutions that meet the expectations and standards of the bank.
