Project Portfolio manager Credit Risk senior, BA

The Risk Project Hub department of Erste Group Bank AG has been set up recently to address a rapidly growing project portfolio due to many upcoming regulatory demands in the entire Risk area. Our goal is to ensure a coordinated and structured change management process driven by demands out of the various Risk Divisions in strong cooperation with OneIT and all steering areas in the bank on group as well as on legal entity level.

• manage the Credit Risk project portfolio in a strong cooperation with Erste Group IT (OneIT) counterparties
• ensure adherence to timelines and scope of the workstream (-s) and review their progress
• identify dependencies and potential for optimization between projects and on the overall project portfolio to allow efficient …steering of the project portfolio via the foreseen governance bodies
• facilitate the setup of new projects
• coordinate /monitor local projects and provide potentially on-site support
• coordinate and lead country alignment meetings to reflect a proper local implementation of projects scope
• identify existing and potential issues proactively on all levels
• prepare the operational committee for decision making and support issue resolution
• prepare and review project documentation
• make regular Reporting to other stakeholders such as supervisors or Board members
• act as line manager for junior members

• graduate degree specialized in economics / banking / finance (or long term experience in these areas)
• project management experience in risk and/or related areas such as finance or IT-Org
• substantial understanding of Credit Risk Management in a Bank
• proven communication, coordination and interpersonal
• analytically-minded, problem solving and performance- driven mindset
• english very well,other CEE language will be an advantage
