• Posting of supplier invoices
• Preparing accounts payable documentation and processing of payment runs
• Preparing weekly cash flow forecasts for accounts payable
• Processing of employee expense claims
• Complete the “Intrastat”
• Administration of petty cash
• Assisting of bank account reconciliations
• Posting of customer payments
• Processing of sales invoices and credit notes
• Regular monitoring of accounts receivable, preparation and providing of aged debtors report
• Processing of fixed asset additions, disposals
• Maintain / create asset master data
• Support on month-end, half year-end and year-end closing activities, including the assistance on the annual external audit
• Processing of journal entries in SAP
• Assist on statistical and national bank reports

We are looking for a candidate who will carry out day to day activities and transactions across a wide range of finance sub functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash management with additional support within the finance team relating to the monthly, half-year and year end reporting processes.
