Our team of 10 HR Business Partners is looking for new colleague who is able to identify or is curious to know more about the above. We would like to welcome business driven Senior HR BP (consultant) with can do approach and willingness to go extra mile when it matters. We operate in 2 countries (Slovakia and Czech Republic) and support our company cross border. 

We are currently looking for a Senior HR BP for the team based in Bratislava who is in charge of priority care of B2B and B2C business.

What will be your role? 

  • Support and proactively manage whole employee lifecycle while acting as single point of contact for managers.
  • Cooperate with other HR teams in order to provide the right service to dedicated area.
  • Provide professional advice, consultations and solutions in the field of HR for the senior, middle and lower management of the company, including Slovak labor law, personnel, development, organizational transformation, WF planning, etc.
  • Collaborate with HR and business colleagues on projects that matter for our company and customers.
  • Act as ambassador of change looking how we can do things easier, better, smarter while improving customer experience.
  • Co-create and co-deliver our HR strategy and actions based on overarching company goals.

What should you bring to our company?

  • Consultancy, critical thinking, collaborative approach, business focus, HR understanding.
  • Ideally 3 years of experience in a similar position in HR
  • University degree with focus on economics or humanities.
  • Responsibility and ownership.
  • Self–organization and responsibility.
  • Positive and proactive approach.
  • Individual initiative and assertiveness.
  • Spoken and written English.
  • Fluent in Slovak language.
