To design, manage and kick-start value propositions, marketing mix, and marketing campaigns for the assigned segment and core product category,with the purpose of driving the necessary activities to achieve the segments financial and strategic objectives.

To align the relevant organisation (e.g. marcom, sales) on yearly segment priorities for the assigned core product category and map out a corresponding proposition portfolio roadmap.

To create a Business Case supporting each major proposition and initiate formal approval process as well as oversee feasibility studies and proposition execution.

To forecast and analyze proposition and overall product category performance, with accountability on accuracy and performance.

To accurately and timely brief the relevant functional units and teamson all upcoming initiatives within the scope of responsibility.

To define product core positioning, key messaging, and product development needs

To monitor the competition, market trends, and elicit sales and customer feedback, in order to sustain competitive advantage through superior marketing propositions.
