OSS development manager/Manažér vývoja OSS

To manage the business and employees assigned to the organizational department.

Responsible for development, maintenance and support of OSS domain (requirements management and tracking services ) for the internal customers (software update, configuration and unit/system testing for relevant changes ).Support and maintain OSS applications supporting services (fixed and mobile voice services, data services and Internet) in Order Management, Service Inventory, Activation Platforms and Monitoring domain. Responsible for implementation of safety standards in OSS domains (Order Management, Service Inventory, Activation Platforms and Monitoring).Responsible for effective implementation of complex SW solutions in OSS domain (including internal and external work allocation.

Responsible for verification of output quality development in OSS domain.Responsible for services supplied by third parties.Responsible for the maintenance process , standards and compliance KPIs

Responsible for third level support incident solving and operation activities according to defined SLA.Responsible for implementing DTAG standards in the relevant domani’s applications and reporting in the respective areas. Responsible for supporting company’s initiatives and projects relevant to OSS domain.
