Your role
-You will deliver an outstanding experience across multiple support platforms (email, chat, phone) for our customers from all over the world
-You will have a chance to meet our customers at their events across Europe
-Provide speedy, high-quality and personable support
-Being a Slido brand evangelist and a champion for our users
-Educate new users on how to get the most out of using Slido
-Drive continuous process improvement in an environment where people learn from one another to deliver a world-class experience

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

-You are driven by helping others and being on the front-lines of a fast growing company
-Native English (bonus points for other languages)
