About your job
- provide installation and launching of new technological projects;
- engineering improvement activities e.g. TPM, OEE, NPI
- provide support in terms of safety (EHS) and quality - QMS (Quality Management System)
- actively manage expenditure to ensure a cost effective operation, and contribute to business improvement initiatives as required
- continually improve plant reliability, availability and performance
- to cooperate on preparing the budget of technology investments and to control the process of purchasing in close cooperation with department of finance;
- controlling, monitoring and technological rating of equipment and devices in plant;
- develop and draw new layouts base on the assigned projects
- supervise activities of experts that the company contracted in providing services in a field of accident prevention and fire prevention and also in fields of work safety, waste processing and environmental protection;
About you
- a sound knowledge of the latest maintenance methodologies, tools and techniques and a proven ability to implement them with demonstrated results;
- demonstrated ability to influence and manage strategic change across functions and disciplines and at all levels of the organization;
