About your job
You will manage on site trainings and your main responsibility will be:- to implement project of e-learning training tool and ensure it´s smooth running
- to develop the annual training calendar and compliance training curriculum for all individual roles within the site
- to ensure the effective implementation of company compliance trainings
- to have ownership for compliance training reporting & metrics
- to represent the site at audits for ‘all’ compliance training activity
- to provide advise and guidance to line managers on compliance training requirements
- you will be supported by a direct subordinate Training administrator role
About you
- Understanding of manufacturing environment
- Experience with trainings design is advantage
- Experience with project management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels and across functions;
- Advanced English
