About your job
- Experience of working with tubes (plastic and laminate), cartons and corrugated ones
- Tube filling and packing
- NPI transfers: site impact assessments, packaging trials, validation
- Change management
- Process improvement: making overall packaging system (materials, process, and test equipment) more robust and efficient
- Solving quality issues – particularly using recognised methodology
- Cost reduction
- Complexity reduction
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and local requirements relevant to packaging
About you
- min 3 years experience in packaging technology + experience in pack/filler factory
- base line understanding assumptions: GMP, quality systems, MRP systems, production WOW, quality tests and sampling, development process (stability, PPI, transit tests, consumer tests etc), regulatory approval process
- experience of working in a regulated GMP factory
- additional experience either in healthcare / generics / medical devices or FMCG is advantage
- good understanding of packaging equipment, its capability, how to set it up, validate it and run it with appropriate controls
