About your job
We have a brilliant opportunity for a highly motivated Artwork specialist who works well within a team, has confidence, and is eager to learn and expand their skill set. We offer a great place to work within a science-led global healthcare company.As Artwork specialist, you should already have experience in the areas of Customer Service or experience in a planning function in a Manufacturing Facility. You will be expected to manage and lead all stages of packaging artwork changes or new product introduction artwork process in Levice.
On top of - we offer you an intensive 3-6 months "on the job" training in UK with oour specialist for this role!
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as an Artwork specialist, you will be part of our success by:
- Coordinating artwork process between all relevant parties in the artwork supply chain to production date
- Conducting supply chain impact assessment as part of change request process, considering all factors that affect the consumer, supply chain and overall business.
- Acting as the central point of contact for all packaging artwork activity. Coordinate the resolution of all technical queries from design, printers, marketing, medical, regulatory team and supply chain.
- Accountable for the timely progression of all artwork changes, from briefing to file delivery at printers. Chasing approvers where necessary, escalating any delays / issues to key stakeholders.
- Helping shape local processes and procedures to achieve quality and best practice artwork management that meets the commercial needs of the business.
