R&D professional in the field of numerical simulations

• You will get a chance to use your creativity when proposing and optimizing structural design of vehicles and their components using modern virtual methods.
• You will participate in test proposals including test instrumentation and result analysis.
• You will cooperate with Structural Design and Testing Departments and other specialized departments of SKODA, its suppliers as well as R&D departments of the VW group.
• You will participate in developing methods of numerical simulations.
• You will communicate in spoken and written English or German.
• Results of your own work will be visible on SKODA cars.

• University degree (technical, engineering, physics or math field).
• Knowledge of FEM calculations, elasticity, strength, statics and dynamics.
• Analytical and synthetic thinking, creativity and flexibility.
• Good command of either English or German.
• Active approach to problem solving.
• Ability to persuade with one’s presentation skills.
• Team worker as well as independent one.
