Job description, responsibilities and duties
Tasks:
• Phone contact with customer (support and advice).
• Price negotiations.
• Active promotion of company product portfolio and participation in launching new products into the market.
• Building, maintaining and developing positive business relationships with customers.
• Conducting continuous market research, planning, active acquisition of information about potential customers and their needs.
• Monitoring sales process, delivery deadlines as well as payments.
• Cooperation with Supply Chain department.
• Keeping records of cooperation with customer in ERP programme.
• Regular communication with Project Managers, supporting their projects.
• Achieving designated business goals.
• Participation in key customers’ visits.
• Caring for professional image of the company.
• Translations.
• Providing events management support.
• Providing administrative support for Sales Office.
Requirements:
• Higher education.
• Minimum one year of professional experience in the field of customer service.
• Very good command of English, Czech and Slovak languages.
• Professional attitude.
• Self-reliance, diligence, efficiency, goal driven personality.
• Excellent ability to organize own work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as personal culture.
• Practical skills in aspect of using ERP programme at work.
• Ability to learn quickly, analytical thinking.
