In our shared services centre we are looking for a new colleague on the position of Operational procurement expert with English or German.

Responsibilities

analyse current operational procurement processes
prepare reports and present them to the respective project management
support continuous improvement effort
identify gaps in current processes, make decisions on changes within process area and promote principles of standardization and simplification
assist in the implementation of policy changes, new work instructions and process changes
support training of the current team members in process changes, system implementations, policy updates
support implementation of compliance program activities & internal control activities

Requirements

high school/university degree
advanced knowledge of English or German, knowledge of other language is an advantage
knowledge of operational procurement processes
SAP knowledge – Module MM
project management experience
experience with P2P Projects advantageous
strong analytical and problem solving skills
continuous Improvement approach to operating processes
understanding of Supply Chain Management elements
team-focused, results oriented
