Popis pracovnej pozicie a zodpovednosti

Siemens Healthineers IT is seeking as part of our Customer and Marketing Platforms team a highly motivated UX-UI designer with 3+ years of hands-on experience. Customer and Marketing Platforms team takes care of marketing and communication applications and tools facing both internal and external customers. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow the own and the colleagues’ skillset in the area of UX/UI for all our marketing platforms while engaging with a wide range of stakeholders within Siemens Healthineers.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will develop ambitious visual design concepts based on the design system for our Marketing and Sales application landscape with a variety of different touchpoints, diverse international customer groups and different levels of project complexity.
  • You will create screen designs using your expertise and your highly visual approach, working closely with Corporate Marketing, Corporate Communications, IT and external agencies
  • Together with a skilled team of designers, you will shape the visual design language – from basic layout through to the last pixel. You will have the opportunity to work with a comprehensive professional design system, with which we regularly push boundaries and explore new possibilities
  • Apply design thinking to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions with a focus on user needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Lead, Project Manager and development team in planning, prioritizing, requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, interaction design, and usability testing.
  • Perform UX audits and tests to iterate over existing designs and optimize the customer/user experience on a recurring basis.
  • Working closely with developers to see your design was thorough in deployment/development.
  • Optionally you may become the IT product owner for an internal design system, including the Management of a Change Control Board, assessing incoming change requests and deciding in the CCB on the progression of these requests into the change management process

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a degree in user interface design
  • You have many years of professional experience in an agency environment and/or in an in-house UX team with a significant portfolio which has a digital focus. Experience in the field of medical technology would be an advantage
  • You have outstanding visual design skills
  • You are highly proficient in current graphics programs (e.g. Figma)
  • Knowledge with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and Certifications in Interaction Design, UX design or Human computer Interaction is an advantage.

Your attributes and skills:

  • You are business-fluent in English; German language skills would be an advantage
  • You have an excellent design-oriented mindset and way of working, with a focus on users
  • You are particularly passionate about working on creative concepts, set high quality standards for your work and are tenacious with strong attention to detail

Required education:

  • University education (Bachelor's degree) in Design, Computer Science or a related field

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2400 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
