Then come and join our global team as IT Performance Excellence Professional (f/m/d) to be responsible for managing our IT projects.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You are responsible to guide, consult and coordinate the different departments and colleagues regarding productivity measures for IT globally
• You will drive an international community of productivity champions to collect and track productivity measures while ensuring completeness and correctness of productivity actions.
• You will onboard, train and consult new productivity champions
• You will conduct workshops with different stakeholders and teams including management to identify further productivity potential and new ideas.
• You are responsible to benchmark and further improve the productivity approach in IT
• You will review productivity measure for their scalability to have even further impact on IT
• You are responsible for the productivity reporting of Siemens Healthineers IT monitoring the achievement of set Productivity targets
• You will work together with our programs and projects management organization to identify further productivity measures

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
• You have many years of professional experience in agile project management and can select the optimal approach according to the project constitution
• You have very good knowledge of IT service management concepts and in the management of IT service providers
• Ideally, you know and understand the compliance requirements in the context of IT projects in the healthcare industry
• You have a very good understanding of financial and budget planning of projects and are experienced in dealing with external partners
• You have already led migration and cloud projects

Your attributes and skills:

• You have the ability to lead, advise, and coordinate various departments and colleagues on IT productivity efforts worldwide.
• You are able to conduct workshops in an engaging way with various stakeholders and teams, including management, to identify further productivity potential and new ideas.
• Your analytical skills enable you to quickly grasp the significant aspects of a complex topic. Furthermore, you can review productivity measures for scalability to increase their impact.
• With your organizational skills, you oversee IT's productivity measures globally, follow up on those and ensure that no productivity potential is lost.
• With your engaging presentation and moderation skills you make complex topics easy to understand and drive decisions together with management teams of different levels.
• You like to work in a team and prefer to collaborate for best results, particularly in a self-directed team setting.
• You actively engage and you are able to work independently as appropriate and you are driven to deliver high quality results.
• You showed your talent to organize and lead topics including people in projects or other topics
• You speak English and you are comfortable working with national and international colleagues and partners.
• You possess a degree in Business Administration, Information Management or Computer Science or equivalent working/professional experience.
• You have at least 3-5 years professional experience in a similar field

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2500 EUR brutto /month + VAR*

*We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions. We carefully consider your professional qualifications and experience in our compensation package and/or when offering you other positions.
