Project Manager for Configuration management database (CMDB)/ServiceNow

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Project Manager for the project Configuration management database/ServiceNow

Project scope will be :
• Bring in all Healthineers Hardware CIs to ServiceNow-based CMDB
• Sunset the existing Problem and Request Tracking System and other tools currently used as CMDB management tools
• Respect as much as possible the CMDB vision of ServiceNow to remain as close to standards as possible ("out-of-the-box”)
• Extend existing CMDB to support efficient and effective Service Management processes by providing accurate configuration information

Your role will be:
• Facilitating project startup, transition-in, and ongoing supervision of project staff
• Provide oversight and ensure that deliverables meet PMO standards
• Ensuring scope, cost, schedule are met or exceeded
• Assessing, monitoring, and mitigating project risks
• Participating and presenting at Project Manager Circle
• Coordinating knowledge sharing and efficiencies among project staff and Client.
• Maintaining and coordinating of project schedules, tasks, milestones and achievements in a ServiceNow-based system
• Serve as Scrum Master for the development phases of the project
• Serve in the role of a Solution Design Tester.

Required education, skills and personality requirements

Required education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Educational Specialization
Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields

Language skills

Personality requirements and skills
• Experience in Program/Project Management with at least 3 projects of those in managing CMDB technical solutions
• Experience implementing ServiceNow solutions. Certified ServiceNow Administrator is a plus.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
• Highly desirable: proven ability to understand and document business requirements
• Experience working in a global team with people located in Germany, the US and India
• Excellent presentation & communication skills in English and in both oral and written form
