Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Subject Matter Expert for our team.

As part of our global infrastructure support team you will be managing all Siemens Healthcare IT Infrastructure tasks related to our Service Management Platform myIT. Main objectives are to coordinate groups and members, local access management for Super Users and support of Expert Requester. In addition, this role will be accountable for process optimization of Healthcare Non Commodity Services (NCS) and the global alignment of processes and service transactions. This role will be managing the upcoming demands for our platform myIT (FITS) via the official demand management process.

Furthermore, the role is accountable for maintaining of bidirectional communication with a service provider on any upcoming issues related to the platform. Support for our Healthcare Super Users in terms of issues, introduction of new features and the communication to the myIT user community on a global level is another task that has to be managed. A core discipline is to have detailed knowledge about all transactions within the myIT platform that are related to Healthcare.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Educational Specialization
Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science or related fields

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills
Our requirements are:
- 5+ years of practical experience in Infrastructure Management and Service Management
- ITIL V3 Foundation certification required (incl. advanced knowledge of Service Management, Service Operation and Service Level Management)
- Basic Knowledge of Service Management tool ServiceNow will be helpful
- Ability to communicate efficiently with customer, service providers etc.
- Good command of English language - spoken and written
- Knowledge of German language will be helpful
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize assignments and work independently, with limited supervision
