Personality requirements and skills
Mandatory skills:
• Fluent English language communication (speaking and writing)
• Ability to prioritize and making decision, time management

Expected skills/experience:
• Knowledge of the Healthcare, especially Radiology domain
• Analytical skills and creativity, innovations
• Skills in the team management, experience in the leading position
• Social competences, gentle deployment techniques, presentation skills

Welcome skills/experience:
• Practical experience in the Radiology domain (workflow, applications)
• Knowledge of the Software development domain
• Knowledge of the economics and financial dynamic of the product development
• Experience in the SW development (e.g. Scrum), especially requirement engineering
