Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for candidates who will join existing team of experts involved in projects in space domain.
Successful candidate shall do:
• Get in-depth understanding of Power Subsystems Satellite Check-Out Equipment as produced by Siemens Convergence Creators
• Participate and midterm takeover of HW and Systems Design of such systems
• Requirement engineering for electrical power interfaces and measurement interfaces
• Design of rack layouts, backplanes, cabling, wiring schemes
• Specifications for Procurement (Cables, Connectors, Electrical Parts)
• Supervision of system assembly (19” rack installation, cabling, panel wiring,…)
• Planning and performing HW System Tests
• Participation in System Integration and Test
• System and HW documentation
• Support for Customer Projects using the Product
• Projects handled partly with multicultural teams
• Close contact to customers and suppliers in all project phases
Place of work: Bratislava, but during the 1st year mostly Vienna
