Job Description
- Responsibility for customer audits, third party audits in SHP Group including ethical audits
- Responsibility for the IMS including internal and external audits, implementation and maintenance of the IMS
- Maintaining and updating controlled IMS documentation, documenting key processes
- Control of the management of the DMS portal
- Determining and implementing corrective and preventive actions from all types of Group audits, checking the implementation and effectiveness of the actions
- Preparation of internal audit plans
- Preparation of documentation and maintenance of SMBDR documentation according to ISO 28000
- Ensuring compliance with given SMBDR requirements (STN, decrees, laws)
- Proposing corrective actions based on the results of SMBDR inspections

Personality requirements and skills
- A Master's degree in finance/ accounting/business
- At least two years' experience in similar position
- Superb recordkeeping, time management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills
- Willingnes to travelling
- English speaking
