Trainer/ Training Manager

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated coach with exceptional training skills and ability to deliver off-the-job training to all levels of the hotel. We look for someone who has experience in working and training in a multicultural environment, a high level of experience, patience and credibility as well as superb organizational skils and ability to forecast training needs.

Key tasks will be:
* Develop, source and conduct training courses scheduled in a training calendar.
* Develop an effective annual Training Plan which assists the hotel achieve its goals and objectives.
* Structure and monitor the Hotel’s annual training budget.
* Liaise with Department Heads regarding specific training requirements.
* Publish an annual and monthly training calendar of training courses and ensure maximum attendance.
* Training of Departmental trainers and active monthly meetings and collaboration with them.
* Ensure and organizing all trainings according to the Slovak legislative.
* Providing Induction trainings for new associates.
* Participation in simulations (travelling to other properties, e.g. pre-opening, new open).
* Develop effective links with partnership organizations such as Universities and Colleges.
* Monitor department training and on job training (dept. induction, dept. trainers, dept. processes) and ensure consistency and quality of training, identifiying future training needs.
* Evaluating training and development programs and documenting overall program results.
