Job description, responsibilities and duties

-answering all phone calls in a timely and professional manner
-ordering office supplies, cooperation with building administration
-organizing business travels and meetings
-managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, cooperation with couriers
-processing invoices in Xflow
-coordination od booking conference rooms
-providing administrative and organizational support to the office and sales department

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

-communicative knowledge of English
-previous office experience will be an additional asset
-very good organizational and administration skills
-excellent communication skills
