What is waiting for you
- Supervising execution of the maintenance contracts for RETAIL chains
- Technical analysis and consulting
- Ongoing technical support for service teams and clients
- Preparing offers and negotiating details of projects
- Controlling quality and costs
- Enlarging the service teams portfolio
- Developing client portfolio and supporting company's market growth
What skills and knowledge should you posses
- Practical knowledge of HVAC equipment maintenance
- At least 3 years of working experience in technical HVAC field
- General technical knowledge (building industry, electrical engineering, sanitary engineering)
- Engineer’s degree (as an advantage not a must – practical knowledge is most important)
- General technical knowledge (building industry, electrical engineering, sanitary engineering)
- Aim orientation, effectiveness and communicativeness
- Mobility (openness to often travels – Czech and Slovakia region)
- Ability to comunicate fluently in English Czech and Slovak language
As an advantage we consider experience in
- Providing technical service (serviceman/service engineers’ experience)
- B2B communication and negotiations
- Facility Management, Retail, Technical Service
