Job description, responsibilities and duties

 People management of approximately 5 people, building and coaching the team
 Managing the communication flow between the business side and developers
 Planning, Communicating and Releasing product roadmaps
 Reporting and Monitoring product development progress, product quality and timely delivery of product bundles
 Communicating with management, key-users, team members and suppliers
 Collaboration on the projects architecture and documentation
 Collaboration on preparation of tests cases and tune applications
 Project and tasks reporting

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

PHP - Expert

Personality requirements and skills

 Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in software product development, preferably in banking
 Minimum 8 years of experience with development using PHP, PHP (OOP), MySQL (relational database principles), ORM, JSON
 Excellent problem solving skills, ability to use own initiative and manage development backlog
 Fluent English language (both oral and written)
 Code efficiency, awareness of patterns and anti-patterns, properly structured, easily comprehensible and well documented
 Experience in test-driven development, distributed versioning control (GIT/Mercurial)
 Proactivity in communication and ability to work alone and deliver on time
 Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Bonus skills:
 Experience with YII and Symfony framework and Doctrine or any other ORM
 Experience with JSON/-rpc API, Jira, SCRUM
