- Advanced issue analysis and resolution (incident and problem management)
- Decisions and assessment for distribution of applications in Citrix environment (planning, overseeing of testing, rolling out to production)
- Decisions regarding printer drivers and printers to support
- Environment upgrades (active participation on related projects)
- Decisions about versions of Citrix components to be deployed
- Periodic report reviews of server health, resource usage, user experience and overall environment performance
- Advanced server and infrastructure maintenance
- Technical leadership for upcoming projects
- Design updates and architecture revisions
