Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Preparation of detailed specifications, requirements, scope documents and logic flowcharts for the development and implementation of complex application programs
• Performing Data Analysis – Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Development and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
• Analyzing of moderately complex systems requirements and existing business processes and information systems, and develops cost-effective information technology solutions
• Validation of moderately complex requirements, including functional validation and traceability and consensus building
• Identification, analyzing, and interpreting of trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Ability to lead/facilitate requirements review meetings and define new process improvement opportunities

• Min 5 years proven working experience as a Data Analyst
• Min 1 year of experience in Business Systems Analysis
• Good Understanding of the ITSM and ITIL Processes
• Proven technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Cognos, Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (ETL Frameworks, Splunk), visualization (Tableau)
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Min 1 year of experience in Business Systems Analysis
