Job description, responsibilities and duties
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (COMPANY FIT/JOB FIT)
• Ensure that all services are up and running by operating and establishing appropriate tools for analyzing log files, tracking system availability, throughput and performance.
• Analyze partner add-ons, prepare installation scripts and monitor execution
• Optimize the day-to-day cloud operations based on a deep understanding of the product architecture.
• Communicate and collaborate with the global product management, support, development and quality assurance team around the world to fulfill the requirements in time and quality.

• Basic DB administration knowledge (i.e. backup, restore, SQL)
• Good understanding of computer networks (i.e. communication protocols, security, proxy server, routers)
• Willingness to work temporarily in night shifts (with extra payment)
• Available for emergency calls (weekend standby via mobile phone in a rotation shift basis)
• Strong communication skills
