Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a person, who has excellent communication skills, which you can use to deal with our customers from all around the world. Our products are sold mostly abroad. If you can keep up with our busy schedule and you enjoy working in dynamic team, than we are looking for you.
Day to day work
Your working day will look as follows: check emails from customers, communication with customers mostly by email, preparing price offers in excell and communication with developers or support to make sure we are able to deliver offered system. To organize kick-off meeting, so you hand over the project to project manager. Our customers are mostly hydrometeorological institutes, airport or military bases. You won't meet customers face to face every day, you might meet them at the exhibition, which is one or twice a year. Or you can meet them at our User Group Meeting, we organize once a year. Sometimes our customers visit us in our office, but that happens very rarely.
Responsibilities:
-Serves existing and potential customers by selling products and services.
-Handles primary contact with customer mostly by email.
Coordinates resolution of customer sales related requests in cooperation with other -company departments.
-Assists with sales related administration - creation of price offers by referring to price lists and product literature.
-Manages bidding process - organisation, preparation and collection documents for tender submissions.
-Maintains internal sales related records - documenting opportunities and related communication, customers and agents, archiving sales documents.
-Reports on sales activities.
-Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
