Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
Experience in designing and creating mid to large system
Excellent analytical skills and creativity in proposing multiple options/solutions to a requirement, and select the best based on various priorities like time for development, usability, maintainability
Excellent abilities in working in Java 6, Spring, Hibernate and JSF + DB stored procedures
Ability to simultaneously work with multiple stakeholders across the organization
Good understanding of software technologies and methodologies
Good understanding of object-oriented approaches to software development

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

5+ years in a similar role
Excellent experience in delivering key artifacts in a timely manner and a good track record of customer satisfaction
Proven ability to develop and document the modules assigned to the individual
Programming experience : Java, JSP, Servlet, JSF, Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, XML, DB PL/SQL, WS/SOA, Quartz, JUnit/DBUnit, AOP, caching (EHCache)
Web Technologies: HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Web Services (JAX-RI)
Database/Webservers: Oracle 10/11g, Tomcat 7, Weblogic 10.3+ (clustered solution)
Configuration Management tools: Atlassian JIRA, Hudson/Jenkins, Active Directory, LDAP, SQL Developer
OS : UNIX
