Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Supervision of the operations: logistics, planning, production, methods, on time delivery, quality and site finance
- Responsible for the management of the plant in terms of procedures, quality, quantity, costs, lead time, service level, security, and customer orientation.
- Establishment and management of the site budget (investments and general expenses)
- Achievement of performance objectives.
- Manage relationship with the customers

- University degree - major: technical/ engineering/operations/business field
(or equivalent demonstrated work experience)
- Adavance knoweledge of English and minimaly itermediete German !!!
- Previous experience in similar position
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience within the AUTOMOTIVE production
- Solid understanding of all core processes in an industrial company – production planning, procurement, logistics , quality, lean manufacturing
- Good understanding of the main production KPI´s (f.e. FPY, efficiency..)
- Strong financial and cost management skills
- Solid understanding of budgeting and planning processes – both at the strategic and operational level
- Self-Starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize with changing workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the AUTOMOTIVE industry
-Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Excellent project management skills.
-Proficient in Quality
-Proficient in MS Office applications
-Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
(or equivalent demonstrated work experience)
