- Actively search for potential candidates based on defined job descriptions for various open technical engineering positions.
- Utilize available channels such as Profesia.sk, LinkedIn, etc., to attract and acquire qualified candidates.
- Communicate with potential applicants primarily through phone calls and emails, providing necessary information about the job roles and requirements.
- Offer feedback to candidates regarding the progress of their application throughout the selection process.
- Maintain and update the talent database to ensure a streamlined recruitment process for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with management and HR teams to optimize recruitment strategies and procedures.
- Provide support in administrative tasks related to recruitment activities.
