Job description, responsibilities and duties
SEGULA Slovensko is looking for a project, a Team Leader with high skill with CAD and high skill in Project and Team Management.
Your mainly tasks will be:
Your mainly tasks will be:
- Lead all design activities of newly to be developed product range.
- Resposibility for needed design changes of products according to spefication and company standards.
- Analyse customer requirements respectively sales department requirements, verify feasibility (e.g. product engineering and economical conditions).
- Derive constructive requirements, realise temporal and qualitative planning according to priority lists.
- Steer constructive conversion such as verifying construction variants, assign solutions and coordinate test and proving dates, perform cost estimations.
- Evaluate test results, propose and monitor improvements / alternatives for constructive implementation if applicable.
- Dispose evaluations (provide necessary input data), verify results and dispose modifications if applicable.
- Monitor the constructive progress, verify struck constructive solutions upon plausibility, assign solution possibilities if applicable and verify further progress.
- Verify final testing dates.
- Assign manufacturing of samples.
- Chair collaborator feedbacks and show conflict solving methods.
- Define qualification measurements, deploy collaborators according to ability and qualification.
- Support workmanship, review work results, promote group process.
