Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
In the context of industrialization projects or continuous improvement with our customers (manufacturer, integrator, automotive supplier), you will be in charge of:
1/ During Technical Studies :

- Participation in product / process definition in respect of quality, cost, schedule and projet risks targets.
- Analyse and summarize global list of standards materials.
- Check consistency between expression of needs and BOM
- Manage exemptions with technical expert
- Define and create Request For Quotation in conformity with « make or buy » process, manage technical review of offers, summarize technical – economic comparative
- Launch purchasing orders (materials and services)
2/ Site commisionning :
- Reception of materials
- Responsible for spare parts codification
- Supplier management, reponsible for technical and budget aspect – ensure that process is in conformity with technical requirements
- Perform reporting of the activity in the project (progress, monitoring of remaining work,…).
- Support facilities on delivery means.
- Perform static and dynamic tests of the various welding equipment
- Ensure dynamic « fitting adjustment » with parts.
- Provide troubleshooting materials (supplier relationship)
- Manage process setting and realize parameters optimalization in order to respect quality and costs target defined by project (compliance processes, scrap parts, TCY, consumables...).
- Responsible for security protocol (launch security functions of Robots)
- Responsible of technical documentations needed for process maintenance (BOM, electrical plans, …)
- Organize users and maintenance training
- Main interlocutor with supplier
- Participate to industrial approval
- Improve process fiability for Robotics aspects during ramp up
- Setting up of welding clamps (automatic process – robots) and provides input data verification (equipments, connection,…)
