Job description, responsibilities and duties
Secop, a producer of cooling compressors seeks a Production Manager who will be responsible for managing one assembly area of the plant (approx. 150 employees). The Production Manager will report directly to the Production Director.

- Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the assembly area
- Planning of production capacity
- Keeping KPI’s.
- Implementation and synchronization of projects
- Creation and execution of project work plan.
- Cost and investment plans
- Fast and proactive reaction to the core team when not being on time, on cost, on specification etc.
- People development within the area of responsibility.
Required experience
- At least 2 years of proven managerial experience in manufacturing
Education, knowledge and skills
- University degree in machinery
- Knowledge of the ISO standard 9000 and ISO standard 14000
- previous experience with project management, lean & Six Sigma tools advantage
- SPC tools
