Job description, responsibilities and duties
The job holder is responsible for the process of work permit management and documentation release. He/She will report directly to the Manager of Commissioning Unit.
Main job tasks:
• Permit to Work management and recording of relevant documentation;
• Coordination of work permits from point of view of optimalization of works, safety and daily plan;
• To implement and update work permit register during the entire commissioning period;
• To implement and update archive for licensing of personnel involved in the Permit to Work process for ENEL, outsourced employees, contractors and suppliers;
• Cooperation with work responsibles to fill out the dedicated forms for Work Permit request.

• Ability in understanding technical documents normally used in power plants;
• Ability to operate inside a structure which foresees collaboration with suppliers and contractors.
