The opportunity arises for a dynamic sales person to develop the company’s position in construction related markets within Slovakia, working as a member of the market cross-functional team.
The company’s products are critical to several major industries. This position will focus mainly on applications in construction markets including soil stabilisation and building materials.
For the right individual the position offers possibilities for personal development, and excellent long term career prospects, in a major multi-national business which has significant growth opportunities in the region.

Candidate requirements:
• Several years of experience in technical B2B sales
• Dynamic, self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of team
• A record of sales success through strengthening existing business, developing new customer relationships and growing sales and market position.
• Bachelor or master degree in a technical field or in business.
• Good planning, organising and communication skills, and experience in commercial tasks such as preparing contract offers, negotiation, budgeting and forecasting.
• Speaks Slovakian, with good business English. Other regional languages will be an asset.
• Preferably located in the region of Kosice or Slavec, and willing to travel throughout the country.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be coached and mentored by experienced local sales colleagues, and to learn from international colleagues with knowledge of these applications.
