Job description, responsibilities and duties

Manage Operation, achieving financial and operational objectives set by customers and shareholder.
Create solutions that contribute to increase productivity, effectiveness and profit, employee´s motivation and customer´s satisfaction.
Increase revenues at operation by additional services.
Assure compliance to procedures, policies, norms and guidelines on the level required by corporate and customer´s standards.
Assure compliance to Health and Safety and Environment standards and policies.
Customer relations management at site, including negotiations with customers and suppliers.
Participate on preparation of business plans, budgets, forecasts.
Lead team of employees, assure their development, performance management and motivation

Personality requirements and skills

Min. 5 years of experience on relevant work position in automotive
Experience with team leading
Knowledge of production and logistics processes in automotive
Basic knowledge in Quality Assurance Systems and VDA 6.1 and 6.3
Basic knowledge in Lean Management
Knowledge of Just in Time logistics and assemblies
Basic knowledge of project management
Knowledge of calculations tools
User knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of English and German language
How to deal with conflicts
