Responsibility for assurance of processes JIS and compliance with FIFO principles
Responsibility for assurance compliance with health and safety rules valid in the plant, training of new employees regarding health and safety.
Solving problems on shift, communication with customer.
Report all damages and work accidents to supervisor
Creation and implementation of new ideas in order to prevent damages and work accidents as well as to optimize of company procedures.
Checking the status of all tools, equipment and operation and reporting of failures
Control of cleanliness at all workplaces across the hall
Responsibility for assurance, that all employees on the shift are doing their job properly according work instructions, standards and procedures.
Participation on meetings and trainings
Realisation of all necessary activities needed for continuous flow of JIS supplies.
