The purpose of the role is to serve and ensure smooth run of reception desk, office space and meeting rooms.
Provide administrative and clerical support to local management, department managers or other staff.
Coordinate messages, appointments, information to callers, file maintenance, department office stationary and mail.
Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments.
Support company events.
Maintain facility issues register, communication with landlord, office repairs management.
