Project Engineering Center missions are to manage large, complex and international Solutions for EMEAS customers
As a member of a project team, the Deputy PM is responsible for internal actions under the responsibility of the Project Manager:
* Follow and update the budget
* Build and follow the schedule
* Manage the documentation flow
* Animate the risk analysis
* Prepare the customer reporting
* Prepare and follow the application of the processes
* Organize and animate lessons learnt
