Job description, responsibilities and duties

Schneider Electric REC missions are to manage large, complex and international Solutions for EMEAS customers.
Member of a project team, the Documentation manager is responsible for internal actions under the responsibility of the Project Manager.

The mission of a Documentation Manager includes the following main tasks, in close collaboration with the project team:
* Create document structure
* Define documentation process according to customer documentation requirements
* Create and coordinate documentation list, based on contract requirements and different stakeholders
* Manage documentation flow : sent/receive documents, manage comments, validation workflows, customer exchanges, supplier exchanges, traceability…
* Manage quality of documentation: front page, versioning, attributes…
* Prepare documentation status, reports and indicators
* Alert and remind stakeholders about documentation
* Be the contact of customer documentation manager

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Electro or Technical background

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* Bachelor or Master degree with a strong technical background (to organize & sort documents)
* 1 to 3 years experience in the field "document management" and / or experience in with project management deliverables
* communication skills
* team work
* English language is a MUST
* French, German, Russian languages are advantage
* well organized personality able to work without permanent supervision
