• Knowledge of service market, overview in the area of energy efficiency
• At least three years of management experience within Service
• Customer focus, desire to solve problems and make things happen
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter, able to prioritize tasks, take responsibility and work under pressure
• Willingness to travel on business
• Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak
• Positive attitude and flexible mindset
