P&L Business Financial Analyst

P&L Business Financial Analyst is in charge to report and to analyze the PEC P&L CCO by activity related to the Schneider Electric PM0 Pyramid and by country (Sales 200 m€).

He/She is in charge of the P&L CCO by activity split, with the level of aggregations and by country, respecting deadlines, and according to the rules of Schneider Electric and of the entity, in a consistent manner according to solution business.

Roles and responsibilities
* Understand projects flows and allocation rules to build a P&L of the entity
* Extract, Analyze and challenge data from the Finance database (named OneCube, SQL Server technology). Work on the tool evolution if required
* Group reporting: In charge of the Sales, Activity (&BBT) reporting, for actual, forecast and prior respecting deadlines and with the good level of analysis
* Cost control: Budget, actual following, yearend forecast. Role of business partner: help but challenge operational people
* Team work is mandatory to understand the overall performance of the entity, in order to have the good level of analysis
* Lead the RF and BR process: deadline following, prepare excel and PowerPoint files, build the RF data and the BR slides with the appropriate level of analysis and check
* Prior coordination within the team and with coordination with corporate functions
