Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
For applications candidate provides and ensures:
* Software operability and availability
* Software maintenance (ie Bug Fixes + evolutions) according agreed support level and process
* Master Data + Templates accuracy and availability,
* Suitable access rights and software licenses
* Users support (Datas, templates, processes of the function, functionalities)
* Users trainings
For infrastructure candidate provides and ensures:
* System operability and availability
* System maintenance (ie incidents + evolutions) according agreed support level and process
* Suitable access rights
* Users support
* Data archiving and back-up
Global activities:
* Control IT costs (Infrastructures + Applications) jointly with controlling PEC team
* Coordinate the assets allocation control campaigns (licenses, PCs, Mailboxes, …) at least 3 times a year within all PEC teams
* Streamline applications: review regularly (at least once a year) if applications are still used and/or required and what level of IS support is requested for each of them
* Ensure compliancy to IPO requirements
Candidate is integrated in the Information Systems team and reports to the Information Systems Manager.
