Service Project Manager

The PM is responsible to secure the project execution. He/She must guarantee the compliance with all terms and conditions of the contract:
* Customer satisfaction
* Project performance and profitability (BFR, Gross margin and CCO)
* Technical compliance and performances (Curative action in case of non conformity with quality feedback)
* Contractual Schedule
* Any additional activities related to CPP service requirements
He/She plans all the required project meetings to supervise and control his project with a particular focus on:
* Project revues
* Project steering committees
* Schedule revues
* Customer meetings
* Site meetings

The PM must have a global vision of the project and must be able to focus on any particular topic or issue in each area of the project. In case of major issue, he/she must raise the problem during the PSC (or Project Reviews for financial matters).
