Job description, responsibilities and duties
As "Supply Quality Engineer" you will be responsible for:
- Assessing potential new supplier to assure only the best become as Schindler´s supplier.
- Industrialization of the new product and product changes on supplier while ensuring the delivered products meet Schindler requirements.
- Tracking supplier performance.
- Improving supplier processes and technology to ensure competitive price for Schindler.
- Improving supply chain reducing lead time and stocks.
- Implementation systems that facilitate productivity, improve processes and guarantees efficiency.
- Leading, coordination of further development of quality tasks.

The successor should have:
- Master degree or sechondary school examination in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or other technical related field.
- Deep industrial background with knowledge and experience in processes and tools relevant for production, quality and supply development.
- Experience in product creation, manufacturing processes and technologies (sheet metal processes, iron casting, machining, aluminum profile extrusion).
- Experience in working in international company, international project / change management.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Team player who is able to maintain good relationships.
- Stress resistant.
