Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

As Business Controller for the Schindler Escalator Production Europe you will be responsible for:
- monthly closings, root-cause analysis and reporting of the business unit New Installations Sales and our Research & Development Department;
- budgeting, forecasting and mid-term planning;
- permanent cost tracking and gap analysis;
- development and improvement of controlling tools, reporting and SAP processes;
- financial support of business partners in Sales and R&D.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

finance, controlling or management

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Intermediate (B1)

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

The successor should have:
- degree in business administration with focus on Finance/ Controlling or Management;
- several years of working experience in Controlling preferably in a multinational company;
- strong analytical skills combined with a proactive mindset to strive for constant improvements;
- knowledge in IFRS;
- strong communication skills;
- willingness to work regularly in Vienna.
